I enfold myself and all beings in peace.

The commandment to love "your neighbor as yourself" is a reminder to me that my "neighbor" is not only the person living next door. My neighbor is every living being in the world. Just as I want my life to be peaceful, I want the same for my neighbors everywhere.
I may not have the authority to sign peace treaties or the power to stop war, but I do have the power of prayer and of love. When I see images of troubled people or unfortunate events in the world, I send thoughts of love, peace, comfort and understanding to all involved. It is up to me to love, to envision peace, and to believe in the power of prayer. As I do these things, I am an agent of change, an agent of peace.
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart … and your neighbor as yourself.--Luke 10:27

Positive thoughts and actions nourish my body, soul and spirit.

Eating the proper food helps me stay healthy and maintain the energy I need to lead a dynamic and active life. Nutrition is the fuel of a healthy body.

An active and vibrant spiritual practice is also essential for healthy living. Prayer and meditation, creative expression and communion with others, gratitude and positive thinking--these activities fundamentally support my awareness of being at one with God. Positive and life-enhancing thoughts and actions sustain both my physical and spiritual health. Through divine life within me, I am nourished in body, soul and spirit.

The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your needs in parched places … and you shall be like a watered garden … whose waters never fail. --Isaiah 58:11

Our differences create a beautiful mosaic of appearances, beliefs, cultures and customs. Underneath, we are one in Spirit, members of the family of humankind. We each have the spark of the Divine within that comprises our spirit and source of inspiration. We have mental and emotional qualities--thoughts, feelings and memories--that comprise our soul. And we are physical beings with bodies to care for and nourish. Today let us celebrate our unity--our sisterhood and brotherhood--by affirming: I am one in Spirit with all people. Boom V/s Scaffolding

Boom Technology 1. The cost of the total project is reduced significantly because there is no third party involved in scaffolding rental, erection, or dismantling process 2. Easily enters a church passing most double doors at a width of 40 inches wide. 3. The boom is compact and can easily be stored for weekends. 4. Can be set up and taken down and moved in less than 5 minutes or put in and taken out of a church the same day. 5. Overall weight is low compared to large amounts of scaffolding. 6. Can be operated by as few as two workmen thus cutting cost. 7. Has great versatility of motion and height and easy maneuverability. 8. The boom runs on a standard 15amp 110 outlet. There are no dangerous gasoline powered engines or fumes. 9. The boom is self-propelled and moves on rubber tires with an equal weight distribution outrigger system that is designed so no pews have to be removed. It will not damage expensive flooring or woodwork. 10. Using the boom makes the working church atmosphere more pleasant and professional with no visual obstructions.

Scaffolding 1. The cost of scaffolding alone from rental with erection and dismantling charges is usually more than the cost of painting the entire church with an aerial lift. 2. Large and bulky usually causing damage to the building upon entering and exiting. 3. Drastically reduces available seating space and many times cuts off key areas in churches because of its shape and size. 4. Large-scale scaffolding is usually rented for long periods of time. The erection and dismantling is a longer and more disruptive process. 5. The weight of large amounts of scaffolding is great and may be dangerous for older structures to support. 6. Erection and dismantling is an inconvenient, time-consuming, and labor-intensive process. 7. Once the scaffolding is erected it is stagnant with no maneuverability. 8. The risk of injury is greatly increased with scaffolding due to possible falling debris and blocked exit pathways. 9. Scaffolding is bulky, heavy, and inconvenient. It generally runs a much greater risk of damaging pews and floors during the erection and dismantling process. 10. Scaffolding is disruptive and aesthetically unpleasant to the general public.

He designed an out-rigger system that many thought would fail. With his determination, he found a company that would construct his plans. A boom was built on top of a 1947 "Willie's" Jeep that also anchors the out-riggers.

History Of Johntiedemann

John Tiedemann was born in New York City in 1906. His father passed away when he was three years old, so he and his family moved from NYC to Jersey City, NJ. He dropped out of school in 6th grade and went to work at a foundry to help support his widowed mother. Even though he was working at a foundry, at the young age of 12 he had bigger things in mind. By the age of 13, he self-educated himself in the field of electricity by reading everything he could. At 13 years old he owned his own electrical contracting business with five employees. They were converting gas lit houses into electrically lit houses. John married Julia Melvin in 1921 at the age of 15; they went on to have 13 children, 11 boys and 2 girls. Read More....
